The agreed scope can include organising drawing information, reviewing gaps in the technical package and coordinating inputs for commencement documentation. BCMS is the national online system used for building control submissions.
Notice requirements and certification roles depend on the project and statutory process. A consultancy appointment does not automatically include an Assigned Certifier or Design Certifier role. Those roles require separate, appropriate appointments.
Requirements depend on the building and proposed works. We can review the project and identify the appropriate technical support and statutory process. Any application or specialist appointment is subject to an agreed scope.
