We use this information to understand and respond to your request, take steps towards a possible appointment and maintain relevant correspondence. The legal basis is steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries are stored in a protected server database. The website uses OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. Authorised administrators sign in with ChatGPT to review enquiries. If email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the enquiry details to send the alert to DOD CTS. No advertising trackers or optional analytics are added by this website. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information necessary for their services, including outside the EEA subject to their applicable safeguards.
A hashed network identifier and a short-lived request counter are used to limit form abuse. The counter is not used for advertising or profiling.
Enquiry information is kept for handling the request, relevant project follow-up and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Information is retained only as long as needed for these purposes, with retention reviewed when enquiries close or project circumstances change. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information, and object to processing where applicable. Requests will be reviewed and identity may need to be verified. You can also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
